Mission 1 - Church Deep and Wide (John 20:19-23)

Phillip HopwoodPhillip Hopwood, August 2, 2015
Part of the Mission series, preached at a Sunday Morning service

What is Christian Mission all about? We are sent as Jesus was sent, to bring peace, to be part of God's work of reconciliation. The Christians church isn't to be "me church", but "deep church" relating the depths of the reality of God, and "wide", sharing who he is. And God is love. He reaches out to bring us back to relationship with him.
